Welcome to Lift-Off!’s Playground!  This Privacy Statement describes how we handle personal information that we collect through our site.  We take privacy and security concerns very seriously.  We are committed to building long-standing relationships with our customers, and your trust in us is crucial to our success.               

Your visit to Lift-Off!’s Playground

We hope you enjoy our site and that you find the information on the site interesting and informative.  You can access and use most portions of our site without revealing your identity to us.  We collect personal information through the site when you fill out an “Ask the Dietitian” form or an “Ask Lift-Off!” form.  We use this information to respond to your questions and comments.  After we respond, we delete your contact information.

We collect information about how everyone uses our site, such as information about the most popular parts of the site, but that information does not identify you.  We use this information to improve and make adjustments to the site.

We do not share personal information collected through our site with anyone outside the Sodexo family, except in the following circumstances:  

Suppliers and Contractors
We may retain suppliers and contractors to help us operate the site.  In that case, they may receive personal information you provide to us through the site.  We require suppliers and contractors to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of such information.

Compliance with Law and Protection of Legal Rights
We may disclose personal information received through the site as required by law. In addition, we may disclose personal information about you in the unlikely event we deem release necessary to protect our legal rights or to protect the personal safety of users of the site or members of the public.

Does Lift-Off!’s Playground use cookies?

Yes.  The site uses cookies to assist us with improving the site and your online experience.  A “cookie” is a small text file that is placed on your computer by a Web site.  We do not use cookies to collect personal information from you, and you can choose to accept or decline cookies.  Your Web browser will provide information on how to accept or decline cookies in its Help menu.    

Children’s Privacy

Children, including children under the age of 13, may submit personal information through the site by completing the “Ask Lift-Off!” form.  This is a fun opportunity for kids to interact with our site.  This form collects an email address along with a question or comment.  We use this information to respond to the question or comment, and we delete the email address after we respond.

We cannot and will not establish conditions that require or encourage children to disclose more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in an activity on our site.

How will Sodexo notify me of changes to this Privacy Statement?
