Your visit to Lift-Off!’s Playground

You can access and use most portions of our site without revealing your identity to us. On some of our pages, however, you have the opportunity to submit questions and comments. The only personal information that we ask you to provide is your email address so that we can respond to you. This information is only used in order for us to respond to your question or comment.  After we respond, we delete your email address from our systems.  We will never ask you to provide more personal information than is necessary in order for you to participate in an activity on our site. 

We do not share personal information collected through our site with anyone outside the Sodexo family, except in the following circumstances:  

Suppliers and Contractors
We may retain suppliers and contractors to help us operate the site.  In that case, they may receive personal information you provide to us through the site.  We require suppliers and contractors to maintain the confidentiality, security and integrity of such information.

Compliance with Law and Protection of Legal Rights
We may disclose personal information received through the site as required by law. In addition, we may disclose personal information about you in the unlikely event we deem release necessary to protect our legal rights or to protect the personal safety of users of the site or members of the public.

Does Lift-Off!’s Playground use cookies?

Yes.  The site uses cookies to assist us with improving the site and your online experience.  A “cookie” is a small text file that is placed on your computer by a Web site.  We do not use cookies to collect personal information from you, and you can choose to accept or decline cookies.  Your Web browser will provide information on how to accept or decline cookies in its Help menu.    

What are my rights as a parent?

We respect a parent’s right to control their child’s information.  As a parent, you may review the personal information we have on file for your child (if any) and request that we change, delete or no longer use such information or not collect additional information from your child.  To the extent we have not already deleted your child’s personal information, we will identify the information we have on file and make any necessary changes or delete such information. We reserve the right to take reasonable steps to verify that you are the parent of the child prior to disclosing or modifying the personal information of a particular child.

Sodexo may need to change this Privacy Statement from time to time.  We will highlight or identify material changes for a reasonable period after they become effective.
